PRODUCT CATALOG

Four ways to move, place and process a part.

From enclosed robot cells to gantry pick-and-place and pallet conveyors. Every module below is pre-engineered and mass produced, then configured to your robot and payload.

01: MODULAR ROBOT WORK CELLS

A complete process cell around your robot.

Screwing, dispensing, surface treatment and welding, enclosed, interlocked, and control-ready out of the box.

FEATURES

Modular construction, engineered to integrate.

  • Pre-engineered steel chassis, sized to suit various robots
  • Safety integrated throughout, with easy service doors
  • PLC and HMI control systems, customizable to your process
  • Control panel and pneumatic systems fully integrated
  • Pre-engineered part feeding and part transfer systems
Two ADDROBOX cells joined together to form a production line
FIG. 04: MODULES CLUBBED TOGETHER TO FORM A PRODUCTION LINE
APPLICATION INTEGRATION

Built to be clubbed into a line, not just stand alone.

Selectable modules cover every stage, feeding, transfer and process, with ergonomics designed for ease of use on the floor.

  • Modules can be clubbed to form a complete production line
  • Integration of multiple modules possible in one control scheme
  • Line-server integration possible for MES / data logging
  • Ergonomic access for operators and maintenance
SEE IT IN ACTION

Watch the cells run on the floor.

Built to suit engineering, pharma and food-grade applications, with belts matched to your process.

Twin modular belt conveyors and a perforated food-grade belt conveyor
FIG. 08: MODULAR BELT CONVEYORS, STANDARD & PERFORATED BELT
  • Quick delivery: 2 to 3 weeks
  • Belts to suit your application: engineering, pharma or food
  • Trouble-free operation

Prices starting from ₹60,000 + GST

Compact modular belt conveyor with modular plastic belt on a stand
FIG. 09: COMPACT MODULAR-BELT CONVEYOR ON STAND

Compact, stand-mounted units for tight footprints

Where floor space is limited, conveyors mount on their own adjustable stand rather than the main line frame, so they can be repositioned as the layout changes.

04: PALLET CONVEYORS

Pallet transfer, tuned to the load.

Choose the transport mechanism that fits your pallet weight and cycle time, then add stoppers, lifters and transfers.

Choice of transport mechanism

Power & free chain Low friction flat belt Modular belt
  • Pallet stoppers
  • Pallet lifters
  • Pallet transfers
  • Base pallets
Four pallet conveyor branches with servo motors ready for dispatch
FIG. 10: PALLET CONVEYOR BRANCHES, PRE-DISPATCH
Close-up of pallet conveyor with pallet lifter and part trays in transit
FIG. 11: PALLET LIFTER STATION WITH PART TRAYS IN TRANSIT

Precise stop, lift and transfer at every station

Stoppers and lifters position each pallet accurately at the process station, then hand it back to the transfer line, keeping tray orientation consistent through the process.
